Employment Conditions Employment Status: Permanent Part time positions offering a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight, with flexible work times available Remuneration: $30.09 p/hr + 11% Super + Not for Profit Tax Benefits (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Reimbursements (KM’s) + Employee Discounts The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support with us, while you earn an income We’ll connect you with government funding so you complete the certificate at no cost (valued at approx. $3650) Personal Carer Role Overview As a Personal Carer You’ll Provide Care To Your Clients Living In Our Residential Home, Supporting Their Independence And Improving Their Quality Of Life Through Activities That Include Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan Supporting with community based recreational and social activities What makes a difference for us?
