We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and organised H.O.T.E.L. School & Resort Activities Manager to take the lead in delivering our Hotel School Program, school excursions, and a variety of engaging activity programs throughout the Resort. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and enjoy bringing programs to life from concept to completion, this could be the perfect role for you About the Role: You’ll be the driving force behind the smooth delivery of our educational and activity-based programs. From initial client contact through to final reconciliation, you’ll manage every detail to ensure each experience is executed to the highest standard — the Sea World Resort way. Your days will be filled with client liaison, coordination across multiple departments, program scheduling, student and teacher engagement, and onsite support during key milestones such as arrivals, graduations, and special events. What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinating all aspects of the Hotel School Program, school excursion groups, and Resort activity programs — from planning to execution to wrap-up. Building strong relationships with clients, teachers, students, and internal stakeholders. Preparing accurate event orders, itineraries, quotations, invoices, and client communications. Attending meet & greets, famils, site inspections, expos, and trade shows. Upselling experiences and activities where possible to enhance client stays and drive sales. Managing program logistics including timetables, handbooks, internal briefings, and CRM updates (Dynamics). Working closely with our Accounts Team to monitor payments, reconcile charges, and finalise billing. Supporting school holiday activity programs and collaborating with Resort departments to bring fun, engaging concepts to life. Living the VRTP guest-first culture and upholding all policies and procedures. What You Bring: Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Confidence in liaising with clients, presenting information, and building rapport quickly. Accuracy and attention to detail when preparing program documentation. A friendly, professional, and polished presentation in line with VRTP standards. Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics desirable) and event coordination (highly regarded). A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and contributing positively to a team.
