Salon Manager – Luxe Lashes by Angel An annual salary of $77,000 – $85,000 plus bonuses, commissions and a full-time leadership role at the Forrest Chase location in Perth City Mall. Key Responsibilities Lead daily salon operations – oversee scheduling, hygiene standards, stock control and supplier relations. Drive revenue growth – implement upselling strategies, launch promotions, track KPIs (retail sales, rebooking rates, average ticket). Train and mentor staff – run hands‑on workshops, skill audits and performance reviews. Create and execute marketing – design monthly social media calendars, paid ads, collaborate with influencers. Host premium classes – teach permanent makeup, lashes and nails certification courses (in‑house + external). Client experience excellence – handle VIP clients, resolve escalations and maintain 5‑star reviews. Financial oversight – weekly P&L reviews, cost control and payroll accuracy. Required Qualifications Permanent Makeup Mastery (PMU Artist Level) and eyelash extension expertise (classic, volume, mega, hybrid). Certified trainer with teaching certification. Nail technician professional (full acrylic, gel, builder, nail art). Award‑winning champion – 1st place overall in a Permanent Makeup Championship plus multiple awards. Social media wizard – create viral ads, reels and content that convert. Booking & systems expert – manage appointments, client flow and CRM efficiently. Sales‑driven leader – run weekly strategy meetings to skyrocket revenue. Team captain – motivate, train and build a high‑performance culture.
