To keep up with the demands of our current works program into 2026, we are looking for motivated driller assistants and trainee drillers with previous drilling experience to join our company to assist with delivering infrastructure mostly in Sydney but also throughout NSW. Responsibilities Commence as a driller assistant If suitable, train to become a driller Set up the job site and shaft Operate vacuums, trucks and hydraulic power packs Drive trucks (HR licensed) Receive on-site training for equipment from Pezzimenti Preferred Tickets / Experience Confined Space training Working at heights training Dogman HRWL Excavator VOC Truck mounted crane Requirements Reliable Own transport Work well in a team Have a positive and willing-to-learn attitude Opportunities & Benefits Opportunity to work in an established market‑leader on major projects.
