Civil Labourer

We are currently seeking motivated Civil Labourers / Spotters and Machine Operators to join our team for an exciting project in the South East suburbs. Position Overview We are looking for skilled and reliable Civil Labourers / Spotters and Machine Operators to contribute to our project, which will run for five months. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment while gaining valuable experience in the civil construction industry. Key Responsibilities Assist in construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, and material handling. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met. Electrical Spotting as Required. Machine Operators Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment. Work closely with the site supervisor to achieve project goals. Qualifications Previous experience in civil construction or machine operation is preferred. Valid licenses for relevant machinery (for Machine Operators). Strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Must be a member of a First Nations community. What We Offer Competitive pay rates.
