Deputy Director of Research – Centre for Women’s and Children’s Mental Health Monash Health and Monash University are united in a visionary partnership to redefine the future of Women’s and Children’s Mental Health. This fixed‑term position (5 years, with potential renewal) will be offered between 0.7 EFT and 1.0 EFT, primarily based at Monash Medical Centre. About the role We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Director to join our dynamic leadership team. This role will influence clinical care, research and education on a global scale. Key responsibilities Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for Women’s and Children’s Mental Health initiatives. Lead innovative, integrated research programmes with international impact, securing competitive funding and publishing in high‑impact journals. Drive excellence in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and supervision. Key requirements PhD or equivalent higher degree by research. Experience in research leadership including grants, data management, statistical analysis and publication. Experience managing research teams.
