Maintain a high level of compliance to the PMP process across the region and be heavily involved in the project reviews, project kickoffs, bid sign offs and sales handover. Ensure the team operate in a safe manner and adhere to the Values of the business. Your Challenge:Deliver A$130m+project in a brownfield environment within 2 years Develop strong relationships with all major key stakeholders consistentwith a construction project Develop a strategy and establish/adjust structures Lead all areas of the Project, in addition to Project Management, such as Engineering, Commissioning, etc Skills and Experience RequiredYou are a natural leader who understands the ethos that people buy from people.
