Defence Construction Project Manager We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team of a national head contractor and lead delivery of a wide range of construction projects, from $500k fitouts to $50+ million new builds. You’ll Play a Key Role In Successfully managing projects from pre‑construction to handover and defect liability Leading and mentoring project teams Ensuring compliance with building specifications, standards, and EHSQ requirements Building effective relationships and communication with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders Handling tender interviews, contract management, and subcontractor negotiations Managing the construction programme and project delivery systems Financial reporting and identifying profit improvements What You’ll Bring Prior experience as a Project Manager in fitout, new build (or both) Must be an Australian Citizen to obtain security clearance A collaborative, positive approach and team‑first mindset A strong commitment to safety and risk management Ideally you will have worked with Procore, MS Project, programming, contract management, but skills development can be offered.
