Senior Asset Finance Broker On-site Posted 1 day ago Simply Finance currently has a position available for a Senior Asset Finance Broker in our Port Melbourne offices. Simply Finance is a well-established asset finance brokerage specializing in automotive and equipment finance, although also providing commercial finance solutions. Due to recently executed distribution agreements and an associated major growth phase, we have the opportunity to offer suitable candidates a position on our dynamic team. The role will entail managing relationships with our existing referral network whilst assisting in building the network. All ongoing training, accreditations and development will be provided. The successful candidate will be given established lead sources to manage as well as the support and resources to further grow their lead sources. The successful candidate will: Have a proven track record of high-level performance in this role. Have a proven sales background. Commercial Lending experience preferably. Have the ability to understand full financial lending. Previous Truck and heavy earthmoving experience would be an advantage. Have an engaging personality and a commitment to delivering a level of service that will exceed customer's expectations. Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Be highly process oriented with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency. Have an ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment. Preference will be given to applicants with Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Be driven and self-motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellence.
