Head of Admissions & Executive Assistant Melbourne Montessori College is seeking an exceptional and highly organised Head of Admissions & Executive Assistant to join our warm, dynamic school community. This unique dual role blends strategic enrolments leadership with high-level executive support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team. As Head of Admissions , you will be the first point of connection for prospective families—cultivating meaningful relationships, guiding them through the enrolment journey, and championing the Montessori ethos.As Executive Assistant , you will ensure seamless operations at the executive level, managing schedules, communications, administration and critical projects with professionalism and integrity. Key Responsibilities Admissions Leadership Lead the end-to-end admissions process, from initial enquiries through to enrolment offers and onboarding. Deliver warm, informative tours and host enrolment events that showcase the Montessori philosophy and the spirit of our College. Develop and implement admissions strategies to support enrolment growth across all year levels. Maintain accurate enrolment data and provide insights/reports to the Leadership Team. Build positive, lasting relationships with prospective families. Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team. Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements and correspondence. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes. Assist with school communications, briefing documents, and confidential matters. Support the planning and delivery of school-wide events and key projects. About You Experience in admissions, customer service, executive support, or a related field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding organisation, time management and attention to detail. Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Confidence in managing competing priorities with calm efficiency. Strong digital literacy and comfort with CRM and school management systems.
