Investor Relations Associate | Private Equity We’re partnering with a well-established Australian private equity firm with the appointment of an Investor Relations Associate. This is a newly created role as the firm prepares for future fundraising activity and deepens engagement with its institutional investor base. The role Working closely with the deal team, you’ll translate complex transaction activity, financial analysis, and investment theses into clear, compelling investor materials. The role spans fundraising support, investor reporting, marketing content, and ongoing LP engagement. It suits someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of deals, strategy, and communication. Key responsibilities: Support capital-raising efforts across domestic and offshore institutional investors. Build high-quality investor materials including pitch decks, quarterly reports, DDQs, and fund updates. Partner with the investment team to extract and simplify deal insights, performance data, and value-creation plans. Manage data room content, due diligence workflows, and investor queries. Track portfolio metrics and ensure consistent, accurate reporting across all LP interactions. Assist with investor events, roadshows, and broader stakeholder engagement. Candidate Profile: Investment banking (M&A) experience looking for a move into a fast paced Investor Relations role. Private equity associates/analysts wanting to pivot into investor relations and leverage their deal exposure. Existing investor relations professionals who have worked with institutional investors and want deeper deal connectivity. You’ll need strong financial literacy, sharp communication skills, and the ability to turn complex information into investor-ready messaging.
