You’ll collaborate closely with our founder during content creation and take ownership of production, brand execution, publishing, and iterative improvements for both the founder’s personal brand and business identity. You’ll also have access to high‑level training, external mentors, and the systems needed to develop mastery. Joining at a pivotal stage, your creativity will directly shape our voice, presence, and the way our ideas reach and impact our audience. Instead of inheriting someone else’s system, you’ll help build one—and the growth that follows will carry your fingerprint. The Role: Three Pillars This role is structured around three core pillars. Your foundation is craft, curiosity, and discipline; mastery across all three is developed over time. Pillar 1: Content Production (Primary Focus) This is the heart of the role. Your ability to film, edit, and shape compelling content is the foundation everything else builds upon. Film short‑form and long‑form content across multiple environments Edit crisp, well‑paced videos for all major platforms Script and plan content with our founder to create clarity and impact Capture clean audio and strong visual storytelling Produce reels, tutorials, micro‑content, and repurposed pieces Assist in shoot direction and creative execution Maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail Build repeatable workflows to streamline speed and output Pillar 2: Brand Execution (Secondary Focus) Create thumbnails, simple graphics, carousels, and branded templates Coordinate with our internal support team to bring creative assets to life Prepare content for workshops, events, and educational series Write strategic captions aligned with our tone Publish across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook Organise digital assets and maintain clean project structures Maintain consistency in branding, message, and execution Pillar 3: Performance Improvement (Trainable Focus) You do not need prior analytics experience—curiosity, discipline, and a desire to understand why content performs are what matter. Review basic analytics (reach, watch time, retention, engagement) Identify performance patterns and insights Apply a simple improvement cycle: publish → measure → interpret → improve Test hooks, formats, thumbnails, captions, and posting times Make small improvements that compound over time Adopt a growth‑hacking mindset—an insatiable drive to reach and impact more people Use insights (with training) to sharpen creative decisions Who You Are You’re not just talented; you’re driven. What This Role Is Not It is important to be clear about what this role is not: Not a casual creative role Not a fit for influencers or those seeking “content vibes” Not for anyone needing constant supervision Not suited to hobbyists or dreamers without execution Not ideal for those who take feedback personally Not a short‑term stepping stone This is a craft‑focused, high‑performance role for someone serious about building capability. Training, Mentorship & Support High‑level creative, editing, and production training External mentors in videography, editing, brand, and content performance Frameworks used by category‑leading personal brands A structured pathway to becoming a full‑stack operator Your growth will be supported—but your discipline and initiative will drive your development. Compensation & Growth Path Salary range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year plus performance bonus progression. Your starting salary will reflect your current capability across filming, editing, brand execution, and content production. As your capability develops and you take on greater ownership, there is opportunity for performance‑based progression and increased compensation.
