About the Role As an Assistant Store Manager you’ll take charge of daily operations, help the Store Manager achieve store results, and inspire your team to be their best. Key Responsibilities Help develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members. Keep the store looking top‑notch, upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Manage stock, inventory and minimise losses. Assist with registers, stocking shelves, merchandising special buys. Identify opportunities for improvement and share ideas. Run the store while the Store Manager is on leave. Essential Qualifications Experience leading teams, preferably in a customer‑facing environment. Excellent communication skills to inspire teammates and delight customers. Passion for motivating, training and encouraging team performance. Ability to support the Store Manager to achieve store results. Professional, responsible approach to all situations. Capability to work independently and enforce ALDI policies and procedures. Benefits & Remuneration Market‑leading remuneration $91,700 – $97,100* 40‑hour work week contract. Comprehensive retail leadership training from day one.
