Key Responsibilities Strapping, wrapping and grading of timber Operation of high-end timber machinery (Weinig Moulders, Grinders, Finger Joint machines, Band Resaws) Mobile plant & forklift operation Machine monitoring and fault detection Ensuring quality control and meeting production targets Manual handling as part of daily tasks What You’ll Need to Succeed Forklift licence (preferred, but not essential for all roles) Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour Reliable and punctual – team players only Safety‑first mindset and ability to follow site procedures Previous experience in timber, manufacturing or processing (advantageous but not essential) Flexibility to work either day or afternoon shift Shifts Day Shift: 5:15am – 3:15pm (Monday or Friday RDO) Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 1:00am (Friday RDO) Apply Now To join a proud Australian‑owned business in a region you’ll love, click Apply or send your resume and cover letter to: ***********@superiorwood.com.au Learn more about us at: #J-18808-Ljbffr
