Calm under pressure and always solution‑focused, you’re just as comfortable managing details behind the scenes as you are engaging confidently with clients. To be successful, you’ll need : Diploma in Hospitality or Event Management (Essential) Demonstrated experience in event coordination or hospitality operations (Essential) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event / CRM systems (Essential) Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills Flexibility to work varied hours to support events across the island About Hamilton Island Our mission is to share the wonder of Hamilton Island with the world by creating wonder‑filled experiences for our guests, employees and community.
