You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by maintaining exceptional cleanliness across both front and back-of-house areas while following all workplace hygiene procedures. Key Responsibilities Clean guest accommodation to a high standard, ensuring all tasks are completed within required timeframes and quality expectations. Prepare linen, amenities, and equipment to support daily operational needs. Complete required reporting and documentation accurately, professionally, and on time. Manage resources effectively, including reducing waste and recycling where appropriate. What We’re Looking For Previous guest service or housekeeping experience with strong communication skills. The ability to prioritise workload, work efficiently, and maintain excellent attention to detail. Experience using biodegradable cleaning chemicals and understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) is an advantage. Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and school holidays on a rotating roster.
