Qualified Mechanic & Assistant Workshop Manager Join our team in Colac Want a role on and off the tools? This role is ideal for someone with mechanical knowledge looking to get into a management role. You will assist in managing workshop operations, overseeing apprentices, and ensuring smooth workflow through effective job coordination and data management. Key Responsibilities Perform administrative duties, including data entry and timesheet management. Manage apprentices and support their development. Generate job cards and ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist with workshop coordination and scheduling. Occasionally perform technician work when required. Skills & Experience Mechanical knowledge and workshop experience. Strong administrative skills, including data entry and document management. Experience in apprentice supervision or team leadership.
