Public Sector People is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our client, a progressive Sydney council, and play a pivotal role in a number of
Digital Transformation projects.
This Opportunity Offers
The chance to be a key player in optimising council operations and driving positive change.Work collaboratively with a dedicated team focused on process improvement.Contribute to a program that will benefit residents and stakeholders across the council.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify and document process maps and requirements.Capture identified needs through user stories, functional requirements, and process maps.Review and ensure accuracy of UAT Test Plans and Test Cases.Facilitate workshops to elicit and validate processes and requirements.
You'll Bring:
Experience working within local government.Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field, or substantial industry experience.Expertise in documenting accurate requirements under Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.Significant experience in a Business Analyst role managing complex projects.
