The clinic has been serving the community since 1976 and is known for its commitment to continuity of care, clinical autonomy, and a welcoming team culture. Adjacent to the medical centre is the Eastbrooke Health & Community Hub, a purpose-built 2000m² facility that brings together a wide range of allied health and support services. These include physiotherapy, mental health, podiatry, speech therapy, occupational therapy, hearing services, and NDIS support. With ample onsite parking and a central CBD location, the hub is designed for accessibility and collaboration—making it an ideal environment for GPs who value multidisciplinary teamwork and holistic patient care. GP Clinic Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
