Rehabilitation Consultant in Maitland - OT, EP, Physio Rehab Management is looking for a motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to support clients in Maitland across occupational therapy, exercise physiology, and physiotherapy disciplines. About You AHPRA or ESSA registration Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy Residence in the Maitland area Passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Innovative mindset, ready to bring ideas to the table The Role Collaborate closely with treatment providers—doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals—to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. Provide clinical opinions and justification through detailed report writing. Attend a variety of work sites weekly to understand job demands and support safe and timely return‑to‑work. Educate workplaces on injury prevention and injury management strategies. Build relationships with health professionals, insurers, employers, and other stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes.
