About the role Senior remuneration package starting from $206,852 p.a. (inclusive of superannuation) Full Time, Fixed Term (up to 5 years) Any Charles Sturt University regional campus (on-site) Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of the University’s Digital Strategy. Drive transformation of operating models and delivery practices. Build a robust innovation capability to explore emerging technologies. Oversee enterprise architecture, project management and business analysis to ensure strategic alignment and sustainable value. Champion collaboration, continuous improvement and impactful change with senior leaders. Qualifications Proven experience in digital strategy development and organisational transformation. Expertise in enterprise architecture, project portfolio delivery and innovation management. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead change in complex environments.
