As a Project Analyst, you will support delivery of initiatives designed to uplift Non‑Financial Risk processes and assist with broader program governance activities. You will assist the delivery of projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, maintaining key project artefacts and reporting, including identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies and escalating where required. Additionally, you will assist with compilation of Steering Committee materials and drafting of internal status reporting. What You Offer 3+ years of relevant project / PMO experience, ideally within financial services Ability to support multiple workstreams concurrently and work independently with a strong risk management and control mindset Experience at building strong relationships, communicating clearly and offering effective and pragmatic solutions to a variety of project delivery challenges Ability to influence key stakeholders and take initiative Attention to detail delivered through high quality program artefacts and reporting We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
