What You Need To Be Successful Currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) recognised by ACECQA. A genuine passion for early childhood education and making a meaningful impact. Experience in creating and delivering engaging, play‑based learning experiences. A current Teacher Registration or Blue Card. First Aid/CPR certification. A commitment to collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
