Join the team at McIntyre Steel Industries' as a fulltime Store Person based in Sunshine North, VIC 3020. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the efficient and organised management of the company's warehouse and inventory, ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing, transport and logistics operations. Standard hours are 7:30 am to 4pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday work optional. 1 x Flexible RDO per month. What you'll be doing Receive, unload, store and dispatch goods and materials in a timely and safe manner Maintain accurate stock records and inventory controls Pick and prepare orders for delivery Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment What we're looking for Previous experience in a similar warehousing, manufacturing or distribution role is preferable but not necessary for the right candidate Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment is preferable Strong organisational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we offer At McIntyre Steel Industries, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and safe work environment.
