About the Role We are seeking a motivated Graduate Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a recent accounting graduate who is eager to build a solid career foundation while gaining exposure to a wide range of financial operations in the aged care sector. Your key responsibilities will include: Support the maintenance and oversight of the organisation’s service agreements Support accounts payable/receivable functions Support revenue recognition and management functions Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and variance analysis Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations Provide financial support to operational managers across the organisation Assist with financial reconciliations Assist with audits and funding compliance requirements About You You’re a dynamic and adaptable recent Accounting graduate with a strong sense of initiative and a passion for numbers and problem‑solving. Agile and independent, you excel in fast‑paced environments and bring a willingness to learn. You embrace variety, thrive on learning, and are equally confident working autonomously or as part of a collaborative team. Always looking to add value, you proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and make a meaningful impact wherever you go. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Commerce or related field. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with accounting software desirable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a supportive environment What’s in it for me?
