Job Overview Immediate Interview and Start. Ongoing Role. Weekly Pay. Role: Van Delivery Driver. Location: Alexandria, NSW. Pay: $**** per hour + Overtime + Super. Shift: Night Shift – Weekdays and occasional Weekends – 11:00pm-12:00midnight start – ongoing work. Driver Hire Sydney currently supply the biggest transport companies in the NSW market. We are currently looking for Van Delivery Drivers for our client based in Alexandria, NSW. The client is a well‑known producer of high quality, healthy and delicious baked goods across Sydney. Duties of the role Van Delivery Driver – delivering baked goods across Sydney. Multi‑drop deliveries to commercial businesses, ensuring customer delivery instructions are followed, goods are delivered securely and product quality is not compromised. Ability to work under pressure and within tight time frames. Conducting pre-delivery preparations – matching and confirming orders to goods loaded for delivery. Providing excellent customer service and relationships. Maintain van to ensure it is always clean, conduct routine maintenance and it is returned with a full tank of petrol. Adhere to company values, principles and policies. Comply with Work Health and Safety (WHS) and other operational procedures. Adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR), Fatigue Management and Road Regulations. Requirements of the role Car driver’s licence and minimum 1 year delivery experience. Experience in multi‑drop deliveries across Greater Sydney region. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. Good communication skills. Good attention to detail and high procedural compliance. Have a good driving record. An up‑to‑date resume. Unlimited work rights in Australia. Available for an immediate start.
