Location: Adelaide SA (preferred), Open to Melbourne VIC or Sydney NSW Employment Type: 6 Months Contract, with extension possibilities Security Clearance: Baseline Clearance Required We are seeking a highly skilled Tibco Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Tibco technologies, Linux systems, and deployment management, who thrives in solving complex problems and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and manage Tibco components including:BusinessWorks (BW) EMS Runtime Agent Tibco Enterprise Administration (TEA) Tibco FTL Hawk Design and implement runtime configuration packages for Tibco BW applications. Set up and maintain environment configurations for BW deployments. Manage application deployments, versioning, and rollback strategies. Administer Linux systems and ensure platform stability. Configure secure communication protocols using SSL/TLS certificates. Handle networking aspects including ports, firewalls, and host configurations. Develop and maintain scripts to automate operational tasks. Collaborate using Bitbucket and SourceTree for version control and code management. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Qualifications Proven experience with Tibco platform components and deployment lifecycle. Strong Linux system administration skills. Solid understanding of networking and security principles. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python). Familiarity with Bitbucket and SourceTree. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Deliverables Fully configured environments for BW applications.
