Our established Engineering Service Line has developed a strong reputation for technical excellence, providing high quality tailored services and specialist, responsive engineering, environmental and scientific advice to a range of clients.Due to our growing pipeline of interesting and challenging projects, the team are looking to bring in an experienced Senior Civil Designer to provide additional technical and design capability to the Civil & Structural team across APAC. Lead Civil Design and Documentation. Challenge the norm with the objective of continuous improvement. Developing your career while achieving excellent outcomes for our clients, developing independent internal and external relationships, and contributing to/managing exciting projects. Assisting and mentoring junior designers in the business. Contributing to the continuous improvement of design and documentation quality assurance processes, ensuring they remain robust, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.Experience The right candidate should have:6+ years’ experience in civil design , ideally in consulting. An Advanced diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification. Excellent working knowledge and experience with either 12d or Civil3D design packages . Strong civil design knowledge and demonstrated experience delivering on time and on budget. A thorough knowledge of drafting standards, with experience in road and local authority standards. Experience in leading the delivery of civil design and documentation packages across multiple sectors. Competent in the design of built environment and infrastructure projects including bulk earthworks, roads, water and sewer infrastructure, and stormwater drainage from concept to construction stages of projects and/or competent in the civil design of civil mine infrastructure including surface water management, tailings and waste facilities, bulk earthworks, and haul roads.
