Overview JLL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the retail section of a mixed-use asset in Melbourne's CBD. This full-time role involves efficiently managing day‑to‑day operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, assisting with tenancy processes, and ensuring compliance across multiple retail properties. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations, managing budgets, and liaising with retailers and contractors to ensure the portfolio's success. You’ll be part of a collegiate, close‑knit team that values collaboration and mutual support. We welcome initiative and fresh ideas, offering you the autonomy to make meaningful contributions while providing the support you need to succeed.
