Senior Manager – Corporate M&A, Deal Advisory Tax We are looking for a Senior Manager with a focus on Corporate M&A to join the Deal Advisory Tax team – someone with M&A and/or experience with corporate clients, and the drive to join an energetic team. Your work will include: Structuring, including advice on deal structures. Post‑deal integration. Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence. Tax due diligence. Transaction document review. Your Experience To be considered, your qualifications, skills & experience could include: This role will suit a tax professional with transactional experience. A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients. Strong tax technical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members. Qualifications Accounting, Finance, or Law Degree: A strong foundation in tax law, accounting, or finance is essential.
