The day to day Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community with a focus on Hospital Substitution programs, Restorative Care, and Home Care Package clients for great caseload diversity. Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor Be part of a warm and friendly team that focuses on connection and individual career progression.
