Who We're Looking For: We are on the hunt for an Internal Salesperson who is goal orientated, passionate about selling products and working as a team.
If you have a minimum of two years in sales or customer service, possess a keen eye for detail, and are driven by customer satisfaction, you could be the perfect fit for our team Key Responsibilities: Handle sales inquiries effectively across multiple platforms including face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
Expertly manage stock checks, sourcing, and pricing negotiations.
Process purchase orders and manage customer quotations.
Deliver timely and accurate steel processing quotes.
Maintain and foster customer relationships to ensure stellar service.
Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs and review inventory levels.
Required Capabilities & Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales or customer service.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to contribute to company success.
Prior experience in the steel or construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
