We are seeking an accomplished educational leader to join our Executive Team as Deputy Principal – Learning and Innovation. This five-year executive appointment includes an ongoing teaching role and offers a rare opportunity to shape the strategic direction of learning, teaching, and innovation. Remuneration will be aligned with experience and follow the Teacher scale of the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA). As part of the wider faith and educational community of Malvern and Malvern East, De La Salle College operates under the governance of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Limited (MACS). About the Role The Deputy Principal – Learning and Innovation will play a pivotal role in leading the College’s learning culture, driving contemporary pedagogical practice, and ensuring the delivery of an engaging, future-focused education for all students.
