Enjoy the freedom of freelance work: select missions that suit your schedule and interests, with most visits lasting around 20 minutes. What You’ll Do Select missions that match your personal style and preferences. Visit boutiques, online platforms, or luxury showrooms and engage authentically with the experience. Observe and evaluate every element, from ambiance and service to post-purchase care. Share your insights through a simple online questionnaire. We’re seeking individuals with a true appreciation for luxury — people who notice the subtle details, value exceptional service, and see beauty in craftsmanship. Whether you’re a fashion aficionado, a hospitality enthusiast, or a luxury connoisseur, if you care deeply about premium experiences, this role is for you. Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments. Enjoy interacting with people. Has a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience. Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
