Assistant Manager : With your high levels of enthusiasm for our brand and belief in the way we do business you will share responsibility with the Store Manager to drive the store and team to deliver retail excellence and strong sales results. Key duties Store Manager responsibilities Customer Experience - Shape a customer focused store experience by leading the team to drive customer engagement and bring the brand to life. Performance - Control and meet sales and performance targets with outstanding planning and organising skills. Operations - Exceptional stock management skills, and the ability to monitor / manage change. Expertise - Full knowledge of the beauty market, our competitors and passion for our products. Teamwork and People Management - Outstanding communicators, confident in managing a team in accordance with store needs; flexible and responsible role models who attract and retain people reflecting the brand. Assistant Manager responsibilities Customer Experience - Coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards in partnership with the store manager; oversee operations and commercial practices of the store; lead a customer focussed store experience daily; support development of consumer loyalty and brand awareness. Delivery - Retail related beauty expertise desirable; learn and use internal systems; analyse performance to manage the commercial side of the store; monitor and manage change; help control and meet sales/performance targets; build strong relationships with customers, team and manager; knowledge of the beauty market, competitors, and passion for products. Teamwork and People Management - Be a team player, assist the Store Manager, resolve issues, attract, retain and grow people who reflect the brand.
