Workshop Mechanical Trades Assistant - Brisbane About This Opportunity Hired Labour is pleased to be partnering with Blenners Transport in the recruitment of this key role. This role is ideal for a hands-on, motivated person looking to grow their skills in a mechanical workshop environment. Based at our Darra depot, you will support qualified mechanics with servicing and repairs, move vehicles, maintain workshop organisation and contribute to fleet readiness. If you enjoy practical work, learning new skills and being part of a supportive team, this is an excellent entry pathway into the transport and mechanical trade industry. Position Requirements Completion of Year 10 with sound results in Maths and English Experience in a transport or workshop environment (highly regarded) Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) Strong work ethic, physical fitness, and willingness to learn Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools safely Why Join Us?
