Part Time, Ongoing Contract 64 hours per fortnight Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services. Join our team at Illoura Residential Aged Care Facility as our Lifestyle Coordinator and help create meaningful experiences for the residents who call Illoura home. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a Lifestyle Program that meets the Aged Care Quality Standards under the Aged Care Act (1997). Working closely with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Unit Managers, you will guide and support the Lifestyle Team to design and implement person-centred leisure programs that reflect residents’ individual interests, social needs, and aspirations.
