A Snapshot As the Data Centre Forensic Manager APAC, reporting directly to Head of Operations Advancement and member of the Operations Leadership team, you will have overall responsibility and leadership of technical analysis and issue resolution, making your mark in a number of ways: Lead the forensic response to critical incidents across the portfolio, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders are suitably engaged to achieve speed of recovery Through leadership, own and drive a culture of continual improvement derived from a focus on reliability from both technical and operational perspectives Instil leadership and accountability of SME’s to deliver consistency and accuracy of response during incident scenarios Responsible for ensuring lessons learnt through RCAs and operational analytics result in targeted uplift to designs and work practices as required business-wide Your Day to Day Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis associated with equipment failure in real time Review equipment and system performance data to identify issues through trend analysis Undertake forensic analysis of infrastructure to increase reliability through engineering and operational solutions Validate data centre, system control parameters, and operational efficiency against design intent and determine quantifiable deviations Assist in the troubleshooting of issues in the field, remotely or in person Review compliance with existing corrective and preventative maintenance program to enhance operational readiness Analyze full time employee and vendor staffing to include training, procedures, and site requirements as part of root cause analysis Drive a proactive lesson learned analysis and resolution across multiple business streams such as design, construction, and operations to identify and mitigate operating risks Assist in new market due diligence activities Other duties as required Requirements A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as electrical, mechanical, or controls engineering or equivalent experience is preferred Strong technical background and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Proficient and practical understanding of the role ITIL plays in the management of building services within a data centre Excellent understanding of data centre operations and processes Strong project management skills with experience managing dispersed teams and organisational change Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical team members Have a sense of urgency commensurate with managing a priority/severity incident in a 24x7 environment Ability to analyse complex problems, identify root causes, develop and implement effective solutions The AirTrunk Culture Working at AirTrunk is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast-track your career and amplify your impact.
