The Opportunity The Ear and Hearing Health team are looking for a casual Clinical Research Audiologist to provide research support and clinical oversight for our Health Promotion Clinical Trial, Healthy Ears. This role will be critical in providing audiology assessments for families in the trial. This role will work across multiple sites including Perth Children's Hospital and Cockburn Integrated Health. Your responsibilities will include: Conduct audiology and ear-health assessments, collect data, and maintain accurate study documentation. Manage study data, including entry, cleaning, extraction, summaries and contributing to analysis and reporting. Prepare clinical reports, referrals and care plans, ensuring work aligns with protocols, SOPs and ICH-GCP guidelines. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including allied health, specialists and Aboriginal health organisations. Support project operations by attending meetings, maintaining resources, contributing to reports and assisting with Medicare billing (if qualified). Engage in professional and cultural development, uphold Aboriginal health research standards and contribute positively to team planning and collaboration. This role, based at Nedlands and Cockburn, is a casual position (upto 0.5 FTE) for a period of 12 months. About You To be successful in the role, you willpossess: A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Audiology. Ability to use audiological software for behavioural audiometry. Demonstrated empathy and respect for Aboriginal culture. Involvement in Health Research projects including study design, data collection and data management. High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
