We’re looking for like-minded individuals to join us In this role you will be delivering a range of coaching and counselling support to help individuals to manage their work, health, and life journey. Using a client-centre model of care and brief therapy you will deliver clinically validated support across a wide range of issues. Qualifications Qualifications in Psychology with current registration Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills Critical incident experience is desirable, as is experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, and workplace behaviour coaching The ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these appropriately with the relevant stakeholders Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and on selling EAP services to organisational customers A bit more about us Our purpose is to enable better lives and to help individuals take greater accountability for their mental health and wellbeing.
