Coach, train, and develop the front‑of‑house team. Manage the restaurant’s P&L, identifying sales and profitability opportunities. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast‑paced, high‑energy setting. Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
