Due to continued growth in Sydney, they are now looking for a talented Interior Designer to join their team. ABOUT THE ROLE This role will see you working across all stages of commercial workplace fit‑out design, from concept to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, architects, designers, and consultants to develop ideas that elevate user experience and support the way today’s organisations work. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about creative concept development, has a refined design sensibility, and can demonstrate strong problem‑solving through a beautifully presented and intelligent portfolio. DUTIES Develop innovative concept designs and storytelling presentations for workplace projects Produce space planning, test fits, and design documentation Collaborate with senior designers and project leaders to deliver cohesive and well‑resolved design solutions Contribute to materials selection, FF&E, and finishes palettes Work with internal teams across strategy, project management and technical design Participate in client presentations and articulate design intent clearly and confidently Support delivery phases by coordinating with consultants and contractors as required SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Up to 4 years’ experience as an Interior Designer within the commercial workplace sector Strong design capability with a portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other modelling tools Solid understanding of workplace planning principles and the ability to translate user needs into functional layouts Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment Passion for emerging workplace trends, sustainability, wellbeing, and experiential design CULTURE You’ll be joining a team that values design excellence, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
