Responsibilities Assist in the implementation, administration and evaluation of community-based sentencing options, such as community work orders and home detention. Under appropriate supervision, monitor and manage a caseload of community-based offenders. Qualifications and attributes sought Experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Strong interpersonal skills and effective working relationships with communities and key stakeholders. Demonstrate resilience, integrity and problem-solving skills. Possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
