Clinic Coordinator – Glow Cosmetique Location: 23 Ebony Close Springvale 3171 Employment type: Part-time (20 hours a week with opportunity to grow hours) Start date: Immediate - pre-Christmas start Glow Cosmetique is a boutique, nurse-led cosmetic and skin clinic in Springvale. We combine evidence-based treatments with an honest, educational approach to skin health. Our environment is calm, professional, and focused on detail — and we’re looking for a Clinic Coordinator who shares these values. About the Role This role is designed for someone who loves DETAILS, think boutique skin clinic experience for our guests. As clients walk in the door, your role will be to greet them, make them feel welcomed and go above and beyond to make their experience memorable. We hate small talk, we want real connection with our clients. Client care, and being at the centre of a high-performing clinic team. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive a seamless experience from booking to treatment with administration tasks. Your key priorities will include: Managing client bookings/rebookings and scheduling flow across the clinic Delivering a detail-oriented client experience on treatment days — ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, rooms are prepared, and clients feel cared for from arrival to departure Contacting clients regarding treatment plans, follow-ups, and ongoing care Managing social media and email correspondence You’ll also assist with: Supporting nurses and therapists during busy clinical days Managing stock, product orders, and inventory systems Coordinating client communication and day-to-day admin tasks Maintaining clinic presentation and supporting launch or campaign events About You You’re organised, proactive, and have a natural ability to create structure within a fast-paced environment. You value professionalism and love the combination of clinical detail and client experience. We’re looking for someone who: Ideally has experience in client coordination, clinic administration, or a similar environment Communicates clearly and confidently, with a client-first mindset Is detail-oriented and thrives in a structured, high-standard setting Enjoys both independent work and close team collaboration Bonus points for: A background in skin therapy, dermal science, or cosmetic aesthetics An existing client base or network within the cosmetic/skin industry What You’ll Gain In-clinic mentorship from experienced nurses and skin professionals Training in our Glass Skin Technique and advanced skin treatment protocols Growth opportunities across both clinical and operational areas A supportive, boutique team that values integrity, education, and care To Apply: Please apply via our website: #J-18808-Ljbffr
