We’re passionate about what we do, and we’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to help us create visuals that connect with our audience and make our brands shine. The Role As our Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with our Graphic Designer and Marketing Team to capture and design fun, engaging visuals across socials, digital and print. You’ll help to bring our brands to life with creative storytelling through assets that align with our brands. If you have a knack for fresh ideas, an eye for detail, and a positive attitude, this is the perfect role for you Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Bring each brand’s personality to life through elevated photography, graphics and social media content. Graphic Design: Design visuals for social media, websites, and print that stay true to each brand’s identity. Create Eye‑Catching Campaigns: Work with our team to develop creative, brand‑aligned campaigns for all of The Ever Glow Group brands. Team Brainstorming: Join the team in pitching fresh ideas and coming up with new content and design concepts. Visual Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with brand guides, colours, layouts, and typography standards for a cohesive look. Photography: Bonus points if you have a background in photography. You’ll have the chance to coordinate monthly photo shoots to enhance our content. Who You Are You’re a creative designer with a positive attitude, an eye for detail, and a love for making visuals stand out Include “Design Detail” in your cover letter to show you pay attention to detail. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines, and you’re eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. A good communicator who thrives in a team environment. An eye for capturing high quality, high performing content that delivers storytelling. Precision in layout, typography, and colour to ensure top‑notch designs.
