The Role As SEO Account Manager, you’ll lead the organic search strategy for a portfolio of high‑performing eCommerce clients. You’ll own client relationships, develop actionable SEO roadmaps, and deliver measurable impact across technical SEO, on‑page content, and visibility growth. You’ll collaborate with a wider digital team of performance, content, and strategy specialists—ensuring your SEO work drives commercial outcomes and aligns with client objectives. What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of SEO clients end‑to‑end, from strategy to reporting Conduct audits, competitor analyses, and keyword mapping to uncover growth opportunities Build and present clear, data‑driven SEO strategies to clients Lead client meetings and training sessions with confidence Partner with the broader digital team to integrate SEO into wider marketing and commerce strategies Stay ahead of SEO and marketplace trends, testing and implementing new approaches Contribute to business growth through renewals and new opportunities What You’ll Bring 4+ years’ SEO experience, ideally within an agency or eCommerce‑focused environment Strong technical SEO knowledge and practical understanding of on‑page and off‑page optimisation Confident in using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog Excellent client‑facing and presentation skills Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving approach Permanent work rights in Australia Why You’ll Love It You’ll be joining a global business that’s been recognised for both innovation and employee experience.
