Experienced Poly Welder / Fabricator – Perth Metro About Us Poly WA is a locally owned plastics welding, fabrication and installation business based in Kewdale. We service major clients across the Perth metro area with a mix of workshop and site projects. Occasionally we complete short stints away, but the majority of our work is local and stable – home every night. The Role We're looking for skilled Poly Welders / Fabricators to join our team. You'll work across a variety of jobs – from pipe systems and tanks to custom builds – using butt, electrofusion and extrusion welding. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking to step away from FIFO and build a long-term career locally. What We Offer $35–$50 / hr + overtime (depending on skills and experience). Work‑life balance – mostly Perth metro, home every night. What We're Looking For Poly welding skills – butt, electrofusion, and extrusion (tickets preferred). Experience in working with a variety of plastics (HDPE, PP, PVC, etc.) including sheet plastics. Experience in plastics fabrication, with the ability to build custom products from drawings or client concepts. Strong problem‑solving and "think outside the box" ability. Proactive, good communicator who takes ownership of their job. Ability to read and fabricate from drawings / technical plans. Works accurately, safely and delivers high‑quality finishes. Construction White Card & valid driver's licence. Bonus (not essential – we can help you obtain these) : forklift ticket, confined space, working at heights, chainsaw competency.
