Become a Volunteer Driver today and drive change in your community Make a difference and improve the quality of life of our consumers by assisting them to attend appointments and remain active within their community. Uniting AgeWell provides a door-to-door transport service to people who have limited means of transport across the Grampians region. Uniting AgeWell are seeking reliable drivers to transport older people to and from health, medical or recreational appointments and activities. This is a flexible and rewarding role that will allow you to make a valuable contribution to the local Ararat community. You will have the opportunity to share interesting conversations and create a meaningful impact on the wellbeing of another person A Uniting AgeWell fleet vehicle will be supplied for your use. Requirements Must have full Drivers License and good driving history. Drivers will need to have a positive disposition and excellent communication skills. The Community Transport Program operates Monday to Friday, so if you have some time to give and enjoy driving, this is the volunteer role for you Category Community Services Commitment Regular - less than 6 months Type Of Work Driving & Transportation, Seniors & Aged Care Training Induction, ongoing supervision and support from a friendly and inclusive team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
