Responsibilities Provide highly skilled, strengths‑based case management and specialist support ensuring children continue accessing early childhood education and care. Actively reinforce Goodstart’s safeguarding approach with centre teams. Support the implementation of the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations. Collaborate with front‑line educators, teachers, and Centre Directors across states to improve outcomes for children who have experienced child abuse, neglect, or harm. About You A relevant tertiary qualification. Current Working with Children Check in your state or territory. Experience identifying and addressing child protection concerns and providing case management. Strong rapport, communication, and collaboration skills with diverse socio‑economic and cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Ability to support front‑line staff in building competency in child protection support. Knowledge of state and territory legislation and the Child Safe Standards.
