Trade Operations Analyst (Brisbane or Sydney) We’re looking for a Trade Operations Analyst to join our Investment Operations and Performance team. This role supports daily trade operations across ART’s investment portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in trade lifecycle processes, and maintains data integrity with internal teams and external service providers. Day‑to‑day responsibilities Support daily cash and position reconciliations, resolving exceptions to ensure accurate start‑of‑day positions. Maintain and update static data within trading systems. Provide data queries for internal teams. Manage portfolio changes, including onboarding new instruments, markets, and portfolios. Participate in system testing for process improvements, new instruments, portfolio transitions and data updates. Monitor pre‑ and post‑trade compliance rules. Apply ART’s risk framework and appropriately elevate concerns. About You A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, mathematics, or commerce. Experience in Treasury or Trade/Middle Office Operations, including reconciliation and trade lifecycle management. Knowledge of FX, Fixed Income, Cash, and ETD/OTC Derivatives. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to identify and raise risks in line with ART’s Risk Management Framework.
